Please read these terms before using the store. If you do not agree, do not use features requiring your acceptance. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Purchase, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Personal-information handling is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the website for lawful browsing, shopping, and communication with our store. You must have the legal capacity required for any purchase or binding agreement you enter into.
Provide accurate information when using checkout, account, or support functions. Do not impersonate another person or submit payment details you are not authorized to use.
3. Accounts and Security
Where account functionality is available, keep access credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of your credentials, but you are not automatically liable for every unauthorized transaction regardless of fault or applicable law. We may take reasonable steps to protect the store and investigate suspicious activity.

We work to provide useful and accurate information, but typographical errors and outdated material can occur. We may correct website content prospectively. Corrections do not authorize unilateral changes to accepted purchases in violation of the Terms of Purchase or applicable law.
Product images may vary with screen settings and lighting, but goods must still conform to applicable descriptions and legal standards.
8. Product Guidance
Product information is intended to explain the item's advertised purpose and use. Review the product instructions, compatibility details, warnings, and any care guidance for the person, surface, material, device, or environment involved. Do not use a product contrary to its instructions or safety warnings.
General information does not replace professional advice where a task presents a specialized safety risk. This does not limit our obligations to provide accurate descriptions and necessary warnings.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The store may rely on ecommerce, payment, carrier, analytics, advertising, and other providers. External services may have separate terms and privacy notices.
A link to an external website does not imply responsibility for all of its content. We nevertheless remain responsible for our own seller obligations and cannot avoid them merely because a service provider is involved.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision immediately does not mean a party permanently gives up the right to enforce it.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory laws protecting you as a consumer. Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without restricting a protected right to seek a remedy through your local courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
Revisions will be published with an updated date. Additional notice or acceptance will be requested where required. Revised website terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted order or another existing legal obligation.
